Bedard's Daily Briefing 09.10.19: AB commeth, gutless Red Sox, Bruins getting closer

Good morning!

A few random thoughts while I wonder what Giselle served the boys for dinner...

• Antonio Brown is signed, sealed and delivered. For better or for worse, he's a Patriot now.


• You know I've been in favor of this, but I've heard some things recently that give me some pause — on the field. Off it, we all know this is walking a tightrope. We'll talk about it on Felger & Mazz today, and I'll flesh it out here in the next day. It's related to Ochocinco.


• The first Breakdown is up for this season. It's good to be back.


• Sean McAdam has some good details on the Dave Dombrowski firing.


• I can't believe the Red Sox aren't going to have a press conference. What a weak, gutless and minor-league move. Even the Revolution had someone speak after they cleaned house.


• This ownership group is so good overall ... they just do some really dumb things sometimes. You're the Red Sox. Talk. Unless you don't want people forking over a kidney to bring a family to a game in the future.


• Conor has a bunch of Bruins stuff up. Camp is coming in less than a week.
