Once again, struggles during crunch time proved to be Boston's undoing against the Heat.

The Red Sox’ 2020 season came to an end on Sunday afternoon, with Boston defeating the Braves by a score of 9-1. Boston closes out this COVID-19 shortened season with a record of 24-36.
To the surprise of very few, the Red Sox announced Sunday morning that Ron Roenicke won't return as manager for the 2021 season. Fair to say, he was dealt a losing hand right from the start of this dreadful year.
