Good morning!
A few random thoughts while I wonder how we'll find the time this weekend...
- Man, a ton of sports this weekend, so cue up all your TVs and tell the wife and kids you have a stomach bug and can't go out.
- First off, you have the World Juniors, even though Team USA blew a 2-0 lead and lost 6-4 to Canada in their opener. The Red, White & Blue come back with the Germans today.
- Then you have the Bruins and Celtics back in action today/tonight, and then they both play again on Saturday (Celtics) and Sunday (Bruins).
- There's a ton of college football on today and Saturday, highlighted by the national semifinals on Saturday afternoon/night.
- Sunday will be mostly NFL Week 17, with the Patriots trying to keep the offensive good vibes going against old friend Brian Flores and the Dolphins.
- I named my top five Patriots who have the most at stake in the postseason. Busy offseason coming for the Patriots.
- Huge swing game between the 49ers and Seahawks on Sunday night. Niners could be the 1 or 5 in the NFC. How ya feeling Jimmy G!
- Time for the Red Sox to make a move with David Price.
