Welcome to first and 10, a roundup of all the (mostly) Patriots-related news you need to start your Tuesday. Grab your coffee and let’s get to it.

A few quick thoughts while we wonder what Tom Brady is going to Tweet about next...

•Got a lot of questions about this in Monday's weekly chat -- the free agent market usually slows at this time on the calendar as teams turn their collective focus to the draft. That's not to say there's no player movement. It's just to say things are usually just sort of put on hold for the next few weeks while teams think about plugging some holes in the draft as opposed to free agency. I'd expect more signings later in the spring. For an updated look at who is still out there, Evan Silva and the crew at Rotoworld do an excellent job providing updates here.

•Brady's first Tweet made everyone pause for a second ... before we looked at the calendar and realized what day it was. I've been covering the team long enough to remember when Brady shook his head at Chad Ochocinco back in 2011 when the receiver was trying to convince him to join Twitter. We'll see how this all shakes out.

•Pro Day slate for Tuesday -- Boise State and Indiana.
