A few random thoughts while I wonder how we'll fill the next six months talking about a Red Sox team that will make the postseason basically no matter what they do #tankingszn...
- Red Sox start their latest world title defense in Seattle (boo) and on an 11-game road trip (more boos).
- Team No News has a great lineup, great starting pitching, great defense and ... we'll see about the bullpen. Not that it will matter with so many terrible teams in the AL.
- Of course, last season saw the bullpen bottom out in the first game ... and it didn't matter.

- Bruins looked prettay good last night against a bad Rangers team.

- Random question: Was doing some weird Googling this morning (don't ask) and had this question ... Whatever happened to Matignon boys hockey? It was a huge power when I was in high school, but as far as I can tell, it dropped off the map after winning its last state title in 1994. Curious...
