BSJ Daily Briefing 09.12.17 taken at BSJ Headquarters (Regular Features)

(Adam Richins for BSJ)

Good morning!

The Red Sox were off yesterday, the Patriots haven't done anything since their loss to the Chiefs, so there hasn't been a ton going on.

But you wouldn't know that from reading BSJ!

Great stuff from Price, Joey Mac, Miguel and Sean yesterday with some good, thought-provoking pieces. You should definitely check those out.

And Joe has an awesome Bruins piece that will post by 9:30. Make sure you check back, and subscribe if you haven't yet.

And away we go...

CATCHING UP

Patriots

Good stuff from Chris Price on what the players have awaiting them this week.

PatsCap does his thing (like only he can) on why D.J. Foster would sign with the Cardinals. It's everything you wanted to know about the practice squad, but were afraid to ask. Love that guy.

Foster moves the Cardinals.

The Patriots are replacing the turf. After it was installed in May. After a loss. Interesting.

Price did a chat.

Bruins

The kids are coming for the B's. Hooray. I know a former coach who wouldn't have been thrilled about this.

Bruins prospects finished up in Buffalo with a 9-3 win over the Devils to end 2-1 on the trip. Joe McDonald has game coverage and observations. You really should be checking it out.

Don Sweeney keeps saying nothing about David Pastrnak.

Red Sox

Projecting the Red Sox' postseason roster and lineup. Interesting discussion. Who ya got?

Celtics

Doc Rivers still trying to get the 2008 team back together.

PARTING THOUGHT

I feel a little bad about this because obviously someone else made the decision to put ESPN Deportes reporter Sergio Dipp in this spot, I know what it's like to do live TV and radio (it's frigging hard) and he's owned it since, but if you missed this...
