After blowing the lead in the top of the ninth and surrendering the lead for the first time in the top of the 10th, the Red Sox rallied in the bottom of the 10th with a walk-off grand slam from Franchy Cordero to take an 8-4 win from the Seattle Mariners.

The win was their fifth straight and gave them a sweep of the series.

The Sox were an out away from winning in the ninth when Hansel Robles was charged with a blown save when he allowed a two-out, game-tying homer to Eugenio Suarez. The Mariners then went ahead for the first time in the top of the 10th against Jake Diekman.

But in the bottom of the inning, after tying it and then having a runner thrown out at at the plate, Cordero came through, belting a pitch into the bullpen.

The Sox had gotten solo homers from Story and Christian Arroyo earlier, plus a sacrifice fly from Xander Bogaerts.

Nate Eovaldi rebounded from his previous start to go 6.2 innings, allowing two runs and striking out 11.
