The Red Sox finally erase their four game losing streak with a come-from-behind walk off win against the Atlanta Braves.

The Braves started the game with a 5-0 lead, yet big at-bats from Boston's top of the order helped them finally pull off a comeback victory.

Lucas Giolito got the start for Boston, and it looked like it was going to be another frustrating game to watch for Red Sox fans. In the 1st inning, Giolitio allowed back-to-back home runs to Matt Olson and Marcell Ozuna to give the Braves an early 3-0 lead.

Then in the 3rd inning, Giolito allowed his third home run to Drake Baldwin putting the game at 5-0.

The Red Sox didn't get anything going at the plate against Braves starter Grant Holmes until the 3rd inning when Jarren Duran put the Sox on the board with a two-run, center field blast.

The Braves added one more run to their lead against Boston's starter with an RBI from Austin Riley, and Giolito's day on the mound would be over after throwing 4.0 innings.

Boston's bullpen has struggled a majority of the year, but they shut the door preventing the Braves from scoring anymore runs. Brennan Bernardino got it started with a scoreless 5th inning, Nick Burdi then pitched two scoreless innings in the 6th and 7th, and Garrett Whitlock went scoreless on the mound in the 8th.

Meanwhile at the plate, Rafael Devers and Alex Bregman hit back-to-back RBI doubles in the 7th inning putting the score at the 6-4.

In the next inning, the Red Sox tied it up. Abraham Toro and Ceddanne Rafaela picked up consecutive hits which put runners in scoring position with Duran up to bat. With two outs and two runners in scoring position facing off against a fresh Pierce Johnson out of Atlanta's bullpen, Duran came up big for the Red Sox tying the game with a two run RBI single.

Aroldis Chapman shut the door against the Braves in the Top of the 9th inning, giving the Red Sox a chance to walk it off. And right away, Devers smashed a home run into right field giving the Red Sox a much needed win.

The Red Sox finally produced a come-from-behind win after being 0-17 while training after the 6th inning. Boston's bullpen finally came through and was the unsung hero tonight, but Duran and Devers came up clutch when it mattered most.

Tomorrow's rubber match will take place at 1:35 p.m. with Brayan Bello getting the start on the mound.
