THINGS I’M LOOKING FOR
1. Payton Pritchard’s new career high: He scored 43 earlier this month, but now he’s going into his hometown with three starters out. I know the Celtics don’t normally go out of their way to encourage specific results, but I can see Pritchard getting all the shots he wants. If the first couple fall, we might see a 50-piece.
2. The Jayson Tatum/Luke Kornet pick-and-roll: That has worked incredibly well lately, so Porzingis’ absence gives them a little more opportunity to work on different wrinkles.
3. Baylor Scheierman: The Celtics will need a contribution from elsewhere, and Scheierman will get another chance to step up.
Follow along with my thoughts as the game goes on. They’ll show up below and in the comments section, so hop in and share your opinion as well.
