Final: Jets 6, Bruins 2 - Bruins allow 4 goals in 3rd period in loss to Jets taken at BSJ Headquarters (Top Bruins)

In their second consecutive game allowing four goals or more, the Bruins lose to the Winnipeg Jets 6-2.

This game didn't start well for Boston, as they allowed two goals early in the first period.

However, Boston was able to cut the lead in half with a power play goal from Brad Marchand.

After a scoreless second period, the Bruins tied the game shorthanded with Elias Lindholm scoring the tying goal.

With momentum seemingly being on Boston's side following their early third period goal, the Bruins completely collapsed the rest of the game allowing four consecutive goals to Winnipeg.

This was another frustrating game for Boston which wraps up their worst month of hockey this season. Especially over these past two games, Boston completely looks lifeless on the ice. No physicality, undisciplined penalties, poor back checking and defense, and costly turnovers have all translated to blowout losses and bad overall hockey.

Despite the Jets looking like the better team this entire game, the Bruins had a chance in this game with Joonas Korpisalo making key saves in the second period which helped Boston tie up the game. Yet, the Bruins didn't capitalize on these opportunities and have failed to play a quality full period of hockey. For Bruins fans, this is rough.

The Bruins will stay at home and take on the New York Rangers on Saturday. Puck drop will be at 3:30.
