LIVE COVERAGE:

Marchand wins it. 4-3 win. Series tied 1-1. On to Boston.

Overtime is underway.

What a stop by Anderson.

Hall ties it up. Wow.

Hathaway scores yet again. 3-2 game.

Bruins make the kill — and they head right back on the PK.

Caps back on the power play.

Third period is a go.

End Second: 2-2 game.

Again, Marchand needs to be smarter here.

4v4 hockey. Clifton for interference. Wilson for embellishment.

No dice on the power play. Krejci and McAvoy slotted in on the top power play unit.

Top takeaway through 26 minutes of action — Far too many guys in red sweaters camped out around Rask.

Bruins heading to the power play. Hall draws a penalty.

Kevan Miller back on the ice.

Second period is a go.

Well, that was a fun 20 minutes. Right? Right?

Whoooole lot of traffic in front of Rask.

That's a tough one.

And we're tied, 2-2.

Back to 5v5 play.

Again, can't be giving this Caps power play extra looks.

Bruins to the power play.

2-1 Bruins. Gotta keep shooting on Anderson.

Well, that was quick. 1-1 game. Gotta stay out of the box.

Bruins to the PK.

Craig Anderson. Woooof.

DeBrusk, again. 1-0 Bruins.

Puck is dropped.

Let's see how legit this 7:30 start is.

PREGAME NOTES

The Boston Bruins will look to even their first-round series against the Washington Capitals in Game 2 at Capital One Arena on Monday. Tuukka Rask will get the start in net, while Connor Clifton will replace an injured Jeremy Lauzon in the lineup. Boston will be looking for a bit more urgency in this one after missing 21 shots on net during Saturday's Game 1 loss.

"That's the message for today's game," Bruce Cassidy said. "We dealt with some stuff during practice [on Sunday], tactically, that we thought we could do better, so that's out of the way now. It's a little between the ears in terms of mindset…iI's playoff hockey and let's leave it all out there and be a little harder on the puck and not overthink where we are necessarily. Let's play our game and play it hard."
