Good morning!
A few random thoughts while I wonder how the Bills' defense looks at Josh Allen...
- The Patriots continue to their prep for the Bills, and Julian Edelman continues to be on the field (for part of practice) and LT Marshall Newhouse continues to be ill.
- That Bills defense is going to give the Patriots some issues, but I have a feeling they're going to wham the crap out of rookie Ed Oliver.
- Some of you disappoint me. If you were on the ball and appropriately full of snark, you'd follow up these Bruins cuts by commenting, 'SeE tHiS iS wHeRe BeDaRd WuLd RiP bILl FoR kEePiNg OlD gUyS.' Come on, people!
- Seriously, what the hell is David Backes still doing here. You couldn't even play him in the Stanley Cup against his former team. I don't care what it costs, he's keeping a young player from getting playing time.
- Glad to see the Red Sox still have enough fight to get into a spat about unwritten baseball rules ... one day after they left ERod out there forever so he could get his 19th win. You're both disrespecting the game. There, done. Move along.
- Should Jaylen Brown come off the bench? I'm not opposed to it.
- The Revs can clinch a playoff berth at home on Saturday. No, that's not a typo.
- I'm not going to apologize, I'm a sucker for sappy sports stories. Plus, I skipped out on work a little early a few years ago to watch King Felix shut down the Reds in Cincinnati before catching a flight. Glad I did. Thanks for the Seattle memories, King. A great scene in Seattle.
