8:24: Bergeron-Marchand have primarily matched up against the Matthews line so far tonight. Toronto has a 7-0 edge in attempts, 4-0 edge in scoring chances and a 3-0 edge in shots on goal during the 4:01 of 5v5 TOI in which No. 37 and No. 34 have been out on the ice together.

- The Bruins are set to receive a major boost in their bottom six, as Sean Kuraly is expected to return to the lineup after missing the last four weeks with a fractured hand. He is expected to slot in in place of Joakim Nordstrom on a line with Chris Wagner and Noel Acciari. While he will wear a splint on his hand, he doesn’t expect any restrictions. Given his skill as a F3 on the forecheck and his ability to break the puck out with his speed, Kuraly will be a huge addition to Boston’s lineup.
- Elsewhere in the lineup, Bruce Cassidy plans to keep his top-six forward corps intact from Wednesday’s Game 4 win — with Danton Heinen skating with Patrice Bergeron and Brad Marchand, while David Pastrnak will remain with Jake DeBrusk and David Krejci. Of course, don’t be surprised if Cassidy continues to do some in-game shuffling.
- The Leafs don’t expect to make any lineup tweaks for Game 5, with John Tavares’ line looking to get back on track after posting a collective minus-3 rating on Wednesday. Auston Matthews has heated up for the Leafs as of late, scoring three goals and posting four total points in his last two outings.
- One interesting stat to keep track of, Bergeron only needs three more points to tie Bobby Orr for the fifth-most points in Bruins postseason history.
