The league voted Tuesday to approve a rule that allows offensive and defensive pass interference calls -- as well as non-calls -- to be subject to review. In 2019, coaches will be allowed to challenge those calls in the first 28 minutes of each half. In the final two minutes of each half, they will be subject to a booth review.
