FOXBOROUGH -- The Patriots are headed to sunny South Florida this weekend for a date with the Dolphins, but instead of heading to the bubble and turning up the heat, they stayed outside in the 30ish degree temps on Thursday. Here are two videos of them at the start of Thursday's session.
According to our pal Mike Reiss -- who asked Derek Rivers why he was spending time with the defensive backs at the start of some of the workouts -- the reason the defensive end is taking reps with the safeties is to even out the numbers for the drillwork at the start of practice.
