A wild week in the AFC means some changes in the overall playoff picture. The Patriots got a boost, the Steelers dropped a couple of notches, while the Chiefs held steady and the Texans, Chargers and Colts kept the heat on. Who has the easiest road the rest of the way? Read on to get all the latest updates.

1. Chiefs (9-2)
Remaining schedule: at Raiders (2-9), vs. Ravens (6-5), vs. Chargers (8-3), at Seahawks (6-5), vs. Raiders (2-9)
Opponents record: 24-31 (.436)
The skinny: That Chargers’ game should ultimately decide the AFC West, and could have a far-reaching impact on the playoff picture as a whole — more than just about any game in the AFC the rest of the way.

2. Patriots (8-3)
Remaining schedule: vs. Vikings (6-4-1), at Dolphins (5-6), at Steelers (7-3-1), vs. Bills (4-7), vs. Jets (3-8)
Opponents record: 25-28-2 (.455)
The skinny: Well-positioned down the stretch, one thing New England can’t afford is a late-season stumble in Miami. It’s something that’s dogged the Pats in the past, and can’t be a problem this year if they want to have a legitimate shot at landing home-field.
