Tom Brady sounded an optimistic note about the state of his hand on Sunday, but added that it’s “not quite where I want it to be right now.”
The quarterback, speaking with ESPN, said it’s still a bit of a work in progress.
“I’m still working on it,” Brady said when asked about his hand. “Again, it was only 11 days ago when I hurt it, but I think we’re in a decent place and hopefully it can get better over the course of the next seven days. Not quite where I want it to be right now, but hopefully by game time it should be.”
Brady was spotted at practice on Sunday, as well as Rob Gronkowski (concussion), Deatrich Wise (concussion) and Malcom Brown (foot) all of whom have struggled with injury issues over the last week.
