CBs Gilmore and Rowe out vs. Falcons, Bademosi questionable; moves coming? taken at BSJ Headquarters (Patriots)

(Adam Richins for BSJ)

The injury report for Sunday's Patriots-Falcons game has been released, and it's not great news for a struggling New England secondary heading into a matchup with Matt Ryan, Julio Jones and Mohamed Sanu.

Two of the team's top three cornerbacks, Stephon Gilmore (concussion) and Eric Rowe (groin), will miss their second-straight game. Johnson Bademosi (abdomen) was a full participant on Friday but is questionable with a late injury.

Harvey Langi (back) is also out.

Good news: Rex Burkhead (ribs), Chris Hogan (ribs) and Shaq Mason (shoulder) are ready to play vs. Atlanta.

Other injury designations:

Questionable for the Patriots: TE Jacob Hollister (chest, limited on Friday), Elandon Roberts (ankle, limited).

Out for Falcons: LB Jordan Tripp (concussion).

LB Deion Jones (quad), DE Takk McKinley (shoulder), Sanu (hamstring) and DL Courtney Upshaw (ankle/knee) were all limited in practice but don't have an official game status designation.

BSJ analysis on potential roster moves

The Patriots may have to sign one or both cornerbacks on the practice squad, Ryan Lewis and/or Jomal Wiltz, for this game. Among those that would top the list to be released in such a move(s): Langi (placed on injured reserve), DE Geneo Grissom, OT Cam Fleming.
