BUFFALO, N.Y. — General manager Don Sweeney said contract talks continue between the organization and the representative for restricted free-agent forward David Pastrnak in hopes the sides can find a resolution before the start of training camp on Thursday.
“We continue to talk every day and we’re hopeful we find a landing spot,” Sweeney said.
Sweeney and the Pastrnak’s agent, J.P. Barry, engaged in face-to-face negotiations while the Bruins spent the weekend here for the Prospects Challenge at HarborCenter.
“We’ll continue to talk and try to find common ground,” Sweeney said.
