PREGAME NOTES

The Bruins will look to secure their fourth win in a row when they take on the Wild in St. Paul on Wednesday night. Boston is now 10-1-1 in their last 12 games, but should face quite the challenge on the second leg of a back-to-back slate. 

Jeremy Swayman will get the start in net for Boston.

Patrice Bergeron will miss at least the next two games as a precaution due to a potential infection in his arm. While Jack Studnicka was recalled on Wednesday, he will not return in time for Wednesday's game. As such, Tomas Nosek will serve as Boston's de-facto 1C. 

The Wild have been one of the stronger teams in the West all season long, but they’ve fallen into a bit of a rut over the past month — posting a record of 4-9-1 in their last 14 games. 

The Wild and Bruins have met once this season, with Minnesota hanging on for a 3-2 win in Boston on Jan. 6.
