Nick Foligno is expected to slot back into the lineup after missing the last five games with a lower-body injury. With Foligno back, Oskar Steen is expected to slot out of the lineup, although Bruce Cassidy noted that Steen’s time on the bench won’t be a “long-term" thing.
With Mike Reilly still on the COVID shelf, the Bruins will keep their D corps intact — even in wake of Tuesday’s defensive debacle against the Canes.
Linus Ullmark will get the start in net for Boston. Vitek Vanecek will be in net for Washington.
