FINAL: Seahawks 23, Patriots 20 (OT) - Offense doesn't do enough in 2nd half, defense relents end of game, OT
After an unexpected track meet in the first half (for these teams), New England and Seattle combined for 10 points in the second half.
Patriots led 20-17 and had a chance to go up six with 3:49 but Joey Slye's field goal was blocked.
Seahawks came back down and sent the game into overtime with a field goal.
Patriots went three and out in OT after Rhamondre Stevenson was stopped for no gain on 3rd and 1 with Hunter Henry lined at LT.
Christian Gonzalez missed a key third down tackle on Seattle's possession.
Patriots passed for 32 yards in the second half. Not going to win many games that way in the NFL.
Patriots also burned two timeouts earlier in the second half that could have been useful when they got the ball back with 58 seconds left in regulation.
