Final: Red Sox 16, White Sox 7

For the second time in three days, the Red Sox erupted for 16 runs, and took their three-game series from the Chicago White Sox with a convincing 16-7 win. The series win was the fourth in a row for the Sox.

Trevor Story knocked in four runs and clubbed his seventh homer in seven games, and Alex Verdugo had a four-hit game and knocked in three of his own. Kike Hernandez and Kevin Plawecki also homered.

The Sox led 6-0 by the second inning.

Boston had 19 hits, and once more, every member of the starting lineup had at least one hit.
