Final: Rangers 7, Red Sox 1

In a bullpen game, the bullpen let the Red Sox down.

The Texas Rangers belted two homers in the sixth and added another in the in the eighth to cruise to a 7-1 win, snapping the Red Sox' modest two-game win streak.

Kole Calhoun hit two solo shots and Adolis Garcia had a three-run homer and another two-run belt to account for all the Rangers runs.

Starter Austin Davis turned in two-plus scoreless innings and Tanner Houck followed with a three innings of one-run work. But Ryan Brasier was knocked around for four runs and Tyler Danish was charged with two others.
