Final: Red Sox 1, Orioles 0 - Sox win pitcher's duel to take series

One day after setting season highs in both hits and errors, the Red Sox won in very different fashion Sunday, escaping with a 1-0 shutout over the Baltimore Orioles.

The Sox pushed across a run in the first inning on a sacrifice fly, then didn't score again. But the pitching of Rich Hill and four other relievers was enough to make that single run stand up.

Baltimore had just three hits all afternoon as the Sox got a rare series win against a divisional opponent.
