Final: Orioles 14, Red Sox 8

For the second straight night, the Red Sox endured a length weather delay. And for the sixth straight time, they came up on the short end of the score.

The Baltimore Orioles raced out to a 5-0 lead by the top of the second and built it from there, bashing the Sox 14-8 in the first game of the next-to-last home series of the season for the Sox.

The Orioles smoked five homers against a parade of six Red Sox pitchers and managed to score in all but two innings. Anthony Santander led their offense with two homers.

The Sox got homers from J,.D. Martinez and Rob Refsnyder and actually out-hit the Orioles, 15-14.
