Final: Guardians 10, Red Sox 3 - Kluber stumbles as Ramírez, Cleveland blow the game open
The Guardians blew out the Red Sox, 10-3, to take the series win and put the Red Sox below. 500 for the first time since April 28. The Red Sox have lost 18 of 28 games. José Ramírez owned Matt Dermody and Corey Kluber, launching three home runs in the game (3-for-5, 5 RBI). Kluber struggled in 3.1 innings of work, surrendering seven runs. The Guardians had eight consecutive hits in the six innings against Kluber to blow the game open after the Red Sox pulled within 3-2 in the top of the sixth. Jarren Duran was 2-for-4 with an RBI and two opposite-field singles, and Triston Casas was 2-for-4 with a home run.

Dermody was called up from Triple-A Worcester. He'll make his season debut. He is 2-2 with a 4.50 ERA in eight starts with the WooSox. The 32-year-old has mainly worked as a reliever in his Big League stints. In 30 games he has a 5.60 ERA.
Civale will make his second appearance of the year after returning from injury on Friday, where he went five scoreless innings against Minnesota. It will be his second career start against the Red Sox. He gave up three runs in four innings of work in a 4-0 loss last June.
