BEDARD'S NOTES AND PLAYERS TO WATCH

• Expect it to be similar to the Colts game, where both sides sat their starters after extensive work in joint practices. Will Kayshon Boutte get extended time to show what he can do for a possible trade?

• Will be interesting to see if Christian Gonzalez appears on the sidelines. Same goes for new lineman Greg Van Roten (70), who has yet to take the practice field.

• Looking to see if rookies Caleb Lomu and Gabe Jacas can correct their mistakes from a week ago and apply them in this game. I would expect Lomu to play LT, and Marcus Bryant RT.

• I would like to see more playing time for RB Hassan Haskins as he battles Jam Miller and Lan Larison for RB3. Haskins has shown me something. Would like to see more.

• What happens at LB?
