Drake Maye and the New England Patriots continued their win streak with a 26-19 win over the New York Jets in Foxborough this weekend. Maye finished 18/32, throwing for 235 yards and three touchdowns, but his WR1, A.J. Brown, struggled in his return to action.
Greg Bedard and Nick Cattles break down the win, starting with the Patriots’ offensive line, which was down to its last man after losing Alijah Vera-Tucker, Morgan Moses, and Ben Brown on Sunday. Is o-line coach Doug Marrone working wonders for this team? The guys discuss. They also react to Mike Vrabel’s postgame frustration and predict who will start on the o-line in Chicago on Thursday.
Later, they review Drake Maye’s day, and Greg reveals his grade for Maye’s performance. The guys also express their concerns over A.J. Brown’s struggles and assess how the running backs and defense fared against the Jets.
