THINGS I’M LOOKING FOR
1. Bounce back from the Jays: Jayson Tatum was alright against Orlando but he wasn’t his usual self. Jaylen Brown started off great but then had a nightmare second half. I’m looking for both of them to have a more consistent game here at home.
2. Track meet? Atlanta has the second-best offensive rating in the league but the fifth-worst defensive rating. They scored 136 last night to pump their scoring number, and they're capable of doing it again tonight. The Celtics are perfectly comfortable getting up and down the floor themselves, so we could be in for a high-scoring affair.
3. Trae Young, hot or not? Young is a dangerous shooter, not a good shooter. He’s 18 for his last 32, though, so he’s on a hot streak. So which Young will show up tonight? Will he be the guy who hit 20 3-pointers over his last four games, or will he be the guy who hit 20 3-pointers over his first 10 games?
Follow along with my thoughts as the game goes on. They’ll show up below and in the comments section, so hop in and share your opinion as well.
