THINGS I’M LOOKING FOR

1. Jump on them early: The Grizzlies are a circus right now and Morant is the clown at the center of it all. If he wants to quiet quit on the team, then the Celtics should oblige him by jumping on the Grizzlies early and making him say the quiet part out loud. There isn’t much resilience on a team that has lost six of their last seven games, so don’t give them any life.

2. Better execution: The Celtics are getting about 80% there on a lot of the plays they are botching. Let’s see them get to 85%. I mean, 100% would be nice, too, but I just want to see some progress. That's almost entirely better and quicker decisions.

3. Keeping Jaren Jackson Jr. in check: He’s never been a monster rebounder, but he’s a big, springy guy who can take advantage of Boston’s biggest weakness. I want to see what Neemias Queta has for him. This will be a nice test of Queta’s progress.

Follow along with my thoughts as the game goes on. They’ll show up below and in the comments section, so hop in and share your opinion as well.
