THINGS I’M LOOKING FOR

1. Jaylen Brown: He looked sluggish and slow against the Kings. I hope, for his sake, he looks closer to his normal self. The last thing we need is a controversy of Brown playing so he can reach 65 games played but hurting his chances of being 100% for the playoffs.

2. Limit 3-pointers: The Suns aren’t a big 3-point shooting team, but they’ve started to embrace it a bit more lately. They’ve put up 40-plus in four of their last six games and one of the others was a 39-attempt game. Force them back into their midrange comfort zone and try to win the 3 vs. 2 game.

3. Bench production: The Celtics and Suns benches have a nearly identical offensive rating but Boston’s defense is three points better per 100 possessions. The Celtis bench has been great lately, so if they can up this disparity, winning non-Tatum and/or non-Brown minutes will be huge.

Follow along with my thoughts as the game goes on. They’ll show up below and in the comments section, so hop in and share your opinion as well.
