Live Coverage: NHL Trade Deadline - Forward targets dwindle as 3 p.m. deadline arrives taken at Warrior Ice Arena (Bruins)

The day of reckoning is upon us, as NHL clubs have until 3 p.m. today to make their final major adjustments ahead of a run for the Stanley Cup. The Bruins have already acquired a top-four stalwart in Hampus Lindholm, but the club still appears to be on the prowl for a top-six forward and additional depth:

3:13: Based on reports, looks like Carolina is getting Max Domi right under the wire. 

3:05: Penguins get Rakell. Oooof. 

3:02: Looks like the Canucks are done for the day. That means no Garland. 

3:00: Chychrun stands pat in Arizona. Cost was just too high. 

3:00 p.m. The deadline is here. We'll see if any moves trickle in. 

2:48: Andrew Copp heading to the Rangers. A potential Bruins target off the board.

Josh Brown, 28, is a right-shot, depth defenseman. He’s a big body at 6-foot-5, 220 pounds. Will be a UFA at the end of the season.  Boston adds some heft on its D corps ahead of the deadline.

The Bruins have acquired Josh Brown and a 2022 conditional seventh-round pick from the Senators in exchange for Zach Senyshyn and a 2022 fifth-round pick.

10:52: Marcus Johnasson to Washington. Nice value add there. 

10:25: Jake DeBrusk signs a two-year extension - annual cap hit of $4 million. Sure seems like setting up for a trade, rather than a mending of fences. More to come. 

9:39: Will be interesting to see if Chara is headed elsewhere ahead of 3 p.m. Calgary?
