So we're now about 38 hours out from when we converted the site to an entirely new system that will make BSJ much easier to work with, both for members and for us. We appreciate your patience, and we'll continue to need it. An update:
- We said it would be 24-48 hours for things to settle down ... we seem to be on track for 48.
- Every member should be transferred into the new system and have access. If you do not, please fill out a Support Ticket and we will go through them. Please provide as much information as possible — sign-up email, current email if you changed it, username, membership type.
- Lifetime members have been manually updated.
- You will occasionally see the old site and some other wonky stuff. That's normal instability in the transition. Hoping that is largely resolved by 10 p.m. (48 hours) or the morning.
- YES, THERE IS NO APP, AND/OR IT DOESN'T WORK. We know this. We informed you this would be the case. It will take two weeks for the new app to be ready. We will tell you when that happens. Use any type of browser and it will be very close to the app experience. Even a phone browser.
- There is no print button at this time. We have put in a request for that. I have no idea when or if that will happen.
Thank you for your patience and your support. A few down days are going to be worth it for everyone in the long run. It's good to see so many passionate about getting their BSJ back. If we didn't hear much ... that wouldn't be good. Clearly a lot of people care.
