• Chase Winovich, Anfernee Jennings and, possibly, Josh Uche will not be eyed for starting positions this year.


• Uche still has the potential to start at a stand-up linebacker, which is where I have him on my current depth chart.


• Patriots should look to start dealing off some of their young players. Number of roster spots is dwindling. Not many have made an impression on the coaches or else they wouldn't be seeking out replacements.


• I have Van Noy slotting in at right end/LB opposite Matthew Judon. That's damn good on the edge against the run.


• No more John Simon.
