Good morning!
Your daily rundown of what's going on with the Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins and Revolution, and what's about to happen...
- So the Dodgers and Mookie Betts are world champions.
- Sean gave his wise thoughts on the Series.
- Happy for Betts and Dave Roberts.
- Wonder what John Henry was thinking. For three years Betts rejected any contract offers from the Red Sox, saying he wanted to test the market. Then he gets traded to LA and signs a 12-year contract extension before he even played a game for them.
- As Sean said at the time: "Still, the abrupt reversal by Betts doesn’t reflect well on the Red Sox. Either the Red Sox didn’t offer him full market value with their contract extension offer, or Betts was never interested in remaining here."
- Sure smells like Betts never wanted to be here. That hurts. The Red Sox need to be asking the question: WHY?
- Kevin Cash taking out Blake Snell was so 2020 MLB. Why do they make me hate the game I love so much?
- The Red Sox should just forgo a manager in 2021 and just put Carmine in there. That's where this is going.
- I was more appalled by the Patriots' defense in the film review than the offense.
- Please check out the Patriots podcast ... rate and review!
- Stephon Gilmore looks partially checked out ... reminds me of Malcolm Butler his final season after not getting his extension. I would be exploring Gilmore trades. Just play JC Jackson.
- B-Robb breaking down the Gordon Hayward trade scenarios.
- His pod delved into more.
- Jake DeBrusk's future.
- Hey, at least we have the Revs tonight.
