PREGAME NOTES:

The Bruins are set to take part in a critical stretch that will see the B’s battle Tampa Bay twice in five days — starting with Tuesday’s showdown at Amalie Arena. Here are five questions facing Boston this week.

Brad Marchand will be a game-time decision for Boston going into the matchup, as the forward did not practice Tuesday morning due to illness. If Marchand does not play, Jake DeBrusk will take his place on the top line with Patrice Bergeron and David Pastrnak. Anders Bjork would take DeBrusk’s spot on Charlie Coyle’s line, while Chris Wagner would likely get bumped up to the 3RW spot. Tuukka Rask will start for Boston.

The Lightning are 16-3-0 against Atlantic Division teams this season, but the Bolts are just 1-4-0 in their last five games. Boston, which has won 13 of its last 16 games, has a seven-point lead over Tampa Bay in the Atlantic Division.
