BSJ Daily Briefing 11.04.19: Pats fall to Ravens, Bruins go for sixth straight win

Good morning!

• The Ravens showed the Patriots and the rest of the NFL they are for real on Sunday night with an impressive 37-20 defeat of Tom Brady and company.


• A lot went wrong on the defensive end in this one and Bedard went through the film early to get a sense of where the problems stemmed from.


• The good news for the Pats? They get two weeks now to go over the film and sort out any leftover issues and get ready for the toughest stretch of their schedule over the next five weeks.


• Bruins are back in action at the Garden as they go for their sixth straight win against the Penguins. They are on pace to be the NHL's best team right now if they win two of the next three games.


• Celtics are back at practice today before hitting the road for a three-game road trip and the Red Sox will be waiting anxiously for a decision on JD Martinez's option.
