Good morning!
A few random thoughts while I wonder why both Tom Brady and Alex Guerrero have reduced the prices on their homes at the same time...
- The Patriots trailed for the first time this season (gasp!) and led just 9-7 at halftime before they dusted the Deadskins in the second half to win 33-7.
- My guess was 33-3. Almost.
- How did the Patriots get it going on offense after nine mostly poor quarters? More team blocking, Jakob Johnson and Tom Brady than Sony Michel (here we go again).
- Seriously, look at the holes on those videos.
- On the defensive side, this is all part of Bill Belichick's plans.
- My hour on SportsHub ... where we discuss Scott Zolak's sudden expertise when it comes to the salary cap and Ben Watson (I think he gets released today).
- Jay Gruden got fired this morning.
- Spending the entire offseason with his family
- Bruins are off to a 2-0 start, and Conor Ryan is a whack job — he wrote 6500 words for Sunday.
- It's Tacko's world, we're just renting space.
- The Revolution will play their playoff game at Atlanta on Oct. 19 at 3 p.m.
