IN-GAME OBSERVATIONS:

10:05 That's Darwinzon Hernandez in a nutshell. A walk (with a 10-run read) and three strikeouts).

9:22  Porcello got the first two outs in the fifth on eight pitches, but then allowed three straight hits and needed a total of 27 pitches to get through the inning. Given the heat, it would seem that 99 pitches will be enough.

8:40  Second three-run homer of the night for Bradley, for the fourth multi-homer game of his career. He has six RBI and it's the fourth inning.

8:33  Doesn't take long for the Sox to welcome Jimmy Yacabonis into the game -- Martinez spanks his second pitch down the line in left for a two-run double, and very quickly, a big lead has returned.

8:20  Betts loves to hit at OPaCY and there's another reason why -- two-run homer into the first row of seats in LF. That extends his hitting streak to 12 games and gives him runs scored in 14 of the last 15 games.

8:12  Wall single by Chris Davis scores Anthony Santander and a 5-0 lead has been wiped out. fourth straight start in which Porcello has allowed at least five runs.

8:07  Renato Nunez hit a towering fly ball to left that juuuuust reaches the top of the wall. A three-run homer and the Orioles are very much back in this.

8:03  Trey Mancini turns on a two-seamer down and in and ropes it into left, scoring a run. Rick Porcello in trouble with a run in and two in scoring position with no out.

7:43   Basically a BP fastball, right over the plate for Rafael Devers, who turns on an 86 mph gift and belts it over everything in right field. That's 20 for Devers this season.

7:27 Jackie Bradley Jr. has used left field well at Camden Yards - especially thee, as he takes a slider and swats into the home bullpen for a three-run homer.

7:18 Fine play by Rafael Devers on a ball hit down the line by Chance Sisco. And nice scoop at first by Michael Chavis, as the throw bounced its way across the diamond.
