Bedard's Daily Briefing 06.27.19: Kemba's coming? Sox bullpen blows it again; Bruins dev camp

Good morning!

A few random thoughts while I wonder if the home runs hit by the White Sox yesterday passed the Red Sox team plane on the way to London...

• Everyone arrived at work today and were met by a Woj Bomb that the Celtics are frontrunners to land Kemba Walker.


• That's a good first piece of the puzzle – even though our members seem split on the issue — but what's really is important is the big-man piece to this puzzle. B-Robb has you covered, as always, there.


• Seems most people think you can find a PG in this league, but the big man is the tougher component to nail down. I just don't think there are any bigs worthy of a max contract.


• B-Robb had a mega-chat yesterday.


• Dave Dombrowski has to do something about the bullpen. Yesterday was terrible. And of course the Yankees blew a save and won their game, so the Sox are now 9 games back.


• Lots going on at Bruins development camp.


• The Bruce Arena Era home debut was ... much of the same.
