2. Demaryius Thomas was involved in a scary-looking accident this offseason. “I could’ve been gone, but I still get another opportunity,” he said of the February crash. “I wake up every morning and thank the lord above and just thank him for … being able to do what I do. Being able to talk, walk, eat — all those things we forget about on a daily basis. It was a tough time, I’m still going through stuff.”
