In this week’s NFL Notebook, we’re going to eschew the regular format for something a little different — the top 10 questions that are still facing the Patriots post-draft.

1. What’s going to happen at tight end?

This question — or some variation of this question — was the one I got the most in this week’s Q&A. There are a couple of possibilities at this point: one, a possible trade for Kyle Rudolph (or someone else) could still be on the table, although I’m less confident in that happening because nothing was consummated on draft weekend. Two, they coax Ben Watson out of retirement and go with a trio of Watson, Austin Seferian-Jenkins and Matt Lacosse, a threesome that could provide decent depth on a rotating basis while the Patriots shift the focus of their offense. (Don’t forget youngsters Ryan Izzo and Stephen Anderson are also on the roster.) I believe there’s still the chance Rob Gronkowski comes out of retirement, but as things stand right now, I would expect a decrease in targets at the tight end position in 2019.

2. Are they going to add to the wide receiver position?
