PREGAME NOTES:

Some more lineup shuffling for the Bruins, who will be without Marcus Johansson for at least a couple of weeks due to a lung contusion. The next man up for Boston in a top-six role? Peter Ceharik — who’s looking to get back on track after a few so-so outings on the third line with Charlie Coyle and David Backes.

After missing two games while in the concussion protocol, Sean Kuraly is set to return to Boston’s lineup and slot back in at his regular spot on the fourth line with Noel Acciari and Chris Wagner.

Tuukka Rask will get the start in net, with the B’s netminder now 14-0-3 in his last 18 outings with three shutouts and a .933 save percentage. His last regulation loss came all the way back on Dec. 23 against Carolina.

While the Panthers are currently outside of the playoff picture in the Atlantic Division, Florida always seems to play Boston tough — with the Cats beating the Bruins, 5-0, in their lone matchup earlier this season. Frank Vatrano (20 goals, 34 points) has had some success against his former team, with the East Longmeadow native lighting the lamp twice in four career outings against Boston.

While the Panthers are stuck in a five-game losing streak, Boston has won four in a row and eight straight at TD Garden. The Bruins have not lost in regulation since back on Jan. 19 against the Rangers.
