LIVE COVERAGE:
9:39: Final: Bruins beat the Blackhawks, 6-3.
9:35: David Krejci fires home his second goal of the night. Brad Marchand with a four-point night, and the Bruins have a 6-3 lead.
9:20: Danton Heinen and Brad Marchand both with three points apiece tonight. Meanwhile, Kuraly takes an elbow to the face, and he heads off for repairs.
9:19: Danton Heinen - destroyer of worlds. He sets up Peter Cehlarik to give Boston a 5-3 lead.
9:15: Kevan Miller gets slashed and Bruins head back on the power play.
9:12: Through two periods of the play, the Bruins have fared pretty well with the Kuraly-Acciari-Wagner line out on the ice, holding: An 11-1 edge in attempts (91.67 Corsi For Percentage). 3-0 lead in shots on goal. 7-0 lead in scoring chances generated. Impressive stuff.
9:05: Third period underway.
8:47: Jake DeBrusk cashes in on the power play to make it a 4-1 game, but Duncan Keith answers down the other end of the ice in short order. 4-2 game going into the third
8:41:Jonathan Toews catches Torey Krug with a stick to the face. Toews doesn't agree with the call, and he has a nice back and forth with Krug and Marchand. Bruins with a 5-on-3 for 1:40.
8:38: Bruins back on the power play.
8:32: Collin Delia has been busy tonight. He just robbed Cehlarik right in the crease. But now Boston heads back on the power play. Gustafsson heads off for a trip.
8:26: Hell of a shift from the Kuraly-Acciari-Wagner line. Extended zone time eventually leads to a great one-timer chance from McAvoy. Delia makes the stop.
8:22: SOG in favor of Boston, 15-10. Ice tilting back a bit in favor of Chicago, but the Krejci line has had its chances. Feel like DeBrusk is due for a breakout given the amount of times he gets to the net.
8:09: Second period underway.
7:48: Boston's new top line is on a roll. Marchand buries a feed for Heinen and Boston has a 3-1 lead. Great feed from Heinen.
7:42: Bruins take a 2-1 lead. Danton Heinen with his third goal in four games.
7:38: David Krejci camps out in Pastrnak's usual spot on the power play — same result. 1-1 game off of Krejci's 13th goal of the season.
7:36: Brent Seabrook heads off for a trip.Even without Pastrnak, Bruins have to cash in on these chances — Chicago ranks dead last on the PK this season (73.9%).
7:27: B's kill off the 5-on-3.
7:26: 5-on-3 for the Bruins after Marchand is called for goalie interference and Chara is sent off for roughing. Marchand went down the tunnel, but he's back and skating.
7:20: Well, that's not great. DeBrincat scores after the puck trickles past Rask. Yikes.
Not what you're looking for right there.

- Obviously, the top news of the day involves David Pastrnak, who will be out for at least two weeks while recovering from a thumb injury. For more on the winger’s injury, click here.
- Where do the Bruins go from here? Look for David Krejci on the top power-play unit, while Jake DeBrusk and Peter Cehlarik are going to have to produce on the second line.
- Elsewhere, Matt Grzelcyk will miss his third straight game due to a lower-body injury, while Tuukka Rask will get the start in net. Bruce Cassidy will also go for his 100th win with the Bruins tonight.
- Boston is currently on a seven-game point streak, but the Blackhawks are red hot coming into the matchup — with Chicago looking to win its eighth game in a row. Patrick Kane leads the ‘Hawks up front with a point streak of 14 games.
