Patriots Notebook: Gronkowski, Cannon, Wise all back for start of practice

FOXBOROUGH -- After not being spotted at the start of Wednesday's workout, Rob Gronkowski, Marcus Cannon and Deatrich Wise were among those on the field at the start of Thursday's practice.

The tight end has been dealing with ankle and back issues, while Cannon sustained a concussion in a recent win over the Chiefs. Both of them were sidelines in Sunday's victory over the Bears in Chicago. As for Wise, he reportedly was excused for personal reasons from Wednesday's practice.

Among the missing were cornerback Eric Rowe, running back Sony Michel and offensive lineman Brian Schwenke. We'll get more information when the injury report is released at 4 p.m.
