The Revolution failed to show up in their last away game of the 2018 season as they suffered an embarrassing 4-1 defeat to Real Salt Lake. An early RSL goal that came after a lethal counterattack took the life from Brad Friedel's team and set them up to concede three more goals before the final whistle blew. Even though the team is officially out of the playoffs, they were hoping to finish the season strong and develop a positive -- if that's possible at this point in the season -- outlook for next year. Instead, they took a large step in the other direction.
