The Black and Gold will look to post their fifth straight win Wednesday, as the Bruins will open their four-game trip to Canada with a matchup against the Flames. Follow along for updates from Wednesday’s matchup.

12:09: Flames score - 5-2 game with 51 seconds left.
12:08: Rask pulled. 2:45 left.
11:57: Bruins kill another penalty after McAvoy crushes Gaudreau. Rask with a fantastic leg save to deny the BC product.
11:51: After 24 combined shots on goal in the first period, just 19 combined over the next 27 minutes of play.
11:43: Flames kill off the 5-on-3. No shots on goal for the Bruins.
11:40: Third period underway. 58 seconds of 5-on-3 for the Black and Gold.
11:22: END SECOND: Another Calgary penalty will give the Bruins 58 seconds of a 5-on-3 to open the third.
11:20: Nordstrom strong on the puck on that zone entry. Now Bruins head back on the power play. 1:02 left in the stanza.
11:17: Rask denies Czarnik. 2:20 left in the second.
11:16: Great backcheck by DeBrusk breaks up a good bid for the Flames.
11:15: Bruins can't convert on a power play right after Marchand's tally. Smith with a nice save off of a one-timer from Pastrnak.
11:10: The Bergeron line is relentless. Marchand tallies his second of the game and it's a 4-2 game. That line keeps on rolling.
11:08: Carlo denies a scoring chance from the Flames, keeping his stick down to deny a feed from Bennett.
11:04: Bruins with just three shots on goal with 9:40 left in the second. Not quite the response the B's were looking for.
10:58: Donato penalty is over. Back to EV.
10:56: Scary play there - knee on knee hit on Gaudreau. It appears like he's alright.
10:54: Brutal power play for the Bruins. And now Donato is off the sin bin for a trip on Gaudreau.
10:52: Bruins go to the power play but the Flames nearly get a shorthanded goal. And then Frolik nearly cashes in on a hat trick. Yuck all around.
10:51: Bergeron might have scored, but the Frolik-Backlund-Tkachuk line has been relentless on the forecheck.
10:48: Right after killing the penalties, Bergeron scores off a spinaround move, but Frolik scores his second of the night just over a minute later. 4-1 Flames.
10:45: Bruins kill the 5-on-3. Great PK work from Chara, Carlo and Acciari.
10:43: Now it's a 5-on-3 for 1:16. Bergeron called for a high stick. Woooof.
10:42: Second period underway. B's open the stanza with 1:40 on the kill.
10:33: Bjork, Heinen, Backes are the only Bruins skaters without a goal against in that period.
10:25: END FIRST: Flames lead, 3-0. Frustrating period for the Black and Gold. After plenty of chances and a strong start from Rask, he gives up two pretty weak goals and then a Pastrnak tally is called back upon review. B's need to refocus quick.
10:23: Flames heading to the power play with 20 seconds left in the first. Moore called for a hold.
10:20: No goal. Review rules that Bergeron was offside leading up the score. Brandon Carlo and unsung hero on that (almost) goal by keeping the puck in and allowing Marchand and Co. to take over.
10:19: Pastrnak scores - but Flames are challenging that the play leading up was offside.
10:16: Yikes. Two goals in 48 seconds for Calgary. Välimäki rips a shot that bounces off of Rask's shoulder and into the net. 3-0 Flames with under five minutes to go in the first.
10:14: 2-0 Flames. Johnny Gaudreau pounces on the rebound for his 100th career goal.
10:10: Second line has been strong so far for Boston. Nordstrom is ... actually fitting in?
10:08: The Tkachuk line has been in the middle of plenty of chances for Calgary. Rask up to eight saves.
10:03: No shock here — but the Bergeron is generating tons of chances. Mike Smith strong early on.
9:59: Another good look from DeBrusk on kind of a broken zone entry. He's continuing to generate quality scoring chances in front.

- After blowing out the Red Wings, 8-2, in their last outing, the Bruins aren’t tinkering with their lineup at all heading into Wednesday’s matchup, with Joakim Nordstorm remaining on the second line and Ryan Donato skating at left wing on the third line with David Backes and Anders Bjork. That means another scratch for Danton Heinen.
- Tuukka Rask gets the start in net for the Black and Gold tonight. In his career against the Flames, Rask is 6-0-3 with a .942 save percentage and a 1.57 GAA.

- The Flames, who faced off against the Bruins twice during their preseason trek to China, are also entering Wednesday’s game with some momentum, posting a record of 3-1-0 in their last four games. Defenseman Mark Giordano has led the way for Calgary with four points (1 G, 3 A) from the blue line.
- Former BC star and Flames top winger Johnny Gaudreau is just one goal away from 100 in his NHL career, while Wednesday will mark the first game against the Bruins for Austin Czarnik. Czarnik, who played in 59 games with the Bruins over the last two seasons, signed a two-year, $1.25 million contract with Calgary this summer.
