1. We learned the details of Dwayne Allen's restructure.
Before this restructure, Allen’s 2018 current cap number was $5,007,095. It consisted of:
$4,500,000 salary
$500,000 46-man active roster bonus ($31,250 per game)
$7,095 offseason workout bonus
Before this restructure, Allen’s 2019 current cap number was $7,400,000. It consisted of:
$6,900,000 salary
$500,000 46-man active roster bonus ($31,250 per game)
After this restructure, Allen’s 2018 current cap number is now $3,882,095. It consists of:
$3,000,000 salary
$500,000 46-man active roster bonus ($31,250 per game)
$375,000 in LTBE (Likely to Be Earned) incentives. Please note we do not know yet the details of Allen's incentives.
$7,095 offseason workout bonus
After this restructure, Allen’s 2019 current cap number remains $7,400,000. It now consists of:
$6,400,000 salary
$500,000 roster bonus due on
$500,000 46-man active roster bonus ($31,250 per game)
This restructure created $1,125,000 in cap space for the Patriots.
2. Officially signed eight players to the practice squad. They are:
