All five Bruins draft picks to attend development camp

Axel Andersson was in Sweden with his mom when he the Bruins drafted him No. 57 overall, but he'll be in Boston for development camp when Bruins prospects report Tuesday at Warrior Ice Arena.

The annual camp, which features prospects in the system as well as the current draft picks, will take place Tuesday until Friday was.

Over the weekend the Bruins selected the defenseman Andersson, center forward Jakub Lauko (No. 77), center Curtis Hall (No. 119), defenseman Dustyn McFaul (181), and center Pavel Shen (No. 212).

All five draft picks, as well as least year's first-round pick, Urho Vaakanainen, will be in attendance. Vakanainen, who spent last year in Finland, was signed to a three-year entry-level contract earlier this month.

Development camp is an integral part of the offseason schedule and integrates the prospects and draft picks prior to the start of training camp in September. It's the coaching staff's first interaction with the draft picks on the ice. Providence coach Jay Leach and Bruins assistant Jay Pandolfo handle a good chunk of the on-ice work.

The Bruins will practice Tuesday at 11 a.m. The remaining three sessions start at 10:30 a.m. The full roster is below.
